We took the circle of a barrel as our base and added sea blue hands that move in a smooth movement over the clockwork. The Greenwatch Blue Automatic is a watch where every detail has been thought through. Starting with the combination of the case and the dial. The walnut wood enhances this effect. Watch the timepiece put to work, powered by the wearer’s wrist movement. You look straight into the heartbeat of the watch to show the time with Japanese precision. Nowadays, a watch is much more than that. This watch exudes top professionalism. The watch comes in a matching designed wooden box. You are used to it by now, but as you can expect from us all tools are included to custom the strap.

A big advantage of both our Blue Automatic and Java watch is that you can see the timepiece at work. In terms of appearance, the watches cannot be compared with each other, because of the dial, hands, case, and type of wood. This watch adds a unique look to any wrist. Advantages of the wooden Blue Automatic watch
An automatic wooden watch is always heavier than the other models with batteries we offer. However, the combination with wood still makes it a light watch: just 64 grams! If you suffer from a metal allergy, a wooden watch is also a good choice. The back plate of this watch is a combination of walnut wood and glass, allowing you to see through the movement and the ideal solution for allergies.
Waterproof watch
Watches by the Greenwatch brand are very solid, durable watches that you can wear almost during all circumstances. That does not mean that you are not to deal with it carefully. Swimming or showering with this wooden watch is not possible. It is waterproof, which means that you can effortlessly cycle through a rainstorm.
Make your watch fit your wrist
With every watch you buy on Greenwatch, we will deliver the tools to adjust the strap. In the case of the Greenwatch Akoya, this would be a pushpin. This ensures that you can wear it right after you received the watch. You avoid that the watch will drop or it’s too tight. With the pushpin you can easily remove the strap yourself. We highly recommend reading our FAQ page before you start to shorten it. It provides tips and tricks that make shortening your wooden watch an easy task.
